Please note, you must agree to all of our policies outlined below in order to book an experience/event with Kemistry Picnics.
All payments are non-refundable. Payments can be made securely on the site.
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance. We do accept bookings with less notice, however, please note that your preferred date and time may not be available.
When you solidify your picnic date with Kemistry Picnics a 50% deposit is required to secure the date and time of your picnic. This booking deposit is non-refundable no matter the circumstances. This deposit will be used towards your total. Your second payment is due 72 hours before your picnic and will be charged automatically. Payment is taken through our website. Failure to complete payment by the specified time will result in the cancellation of the picnic or event and no refunds will be issued.
If you are interested in booking an event that is not featured on our website, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your vision in mind. We would be happy to work with you on the details and create a custom quote that meets your needs.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
We do not offer any refunds for our events or services, but we can reschedule your reservation date (subject to availability) one time without penalty up to 48 hours in advance of your picnic and/or event. Any further rescheduling will be subject to a rescheduling fee.
****Please note, once your event is set up, we cannot cancel or reschedule.
No refunds will be issued.
If the weather does not look agreeable prior to your scheduled picnic experience, we are happy to decide to move indoors, to covered locations, or reschedule later. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to weather.
At this time we do not offer alcoholic beverages. If you choose to drink alcohol at your event, Kemistry Picnics is not liable for any incidents. You must refer to all local, state, and/or federal regulations when choosing to drink alcohol at your event location.
Bringing Your Own Food?
You are more than welcome to bring your own food, we recommend that your bring sandwiches, salads, or light meals so you can enjoy the full experience of your picnic.
Please arrive on time for your event as someone will be waiting upon your arrival. Your booking time starts at the agreed upon time and not at the time you arrive. After the 30 min grace period, your picnic will be cancelled. If you desire more time to enjoy your picnic, you may add on an additional hour for $100.
If you wish to leave earlier than your booking time, please contact us 30 minutes prior. Please do not leave your picnic unattended until our team arrives to clean up, you are responsible for Kemistry Picnics products/inventory until staff arrives.
If you selected to have your picnic at your residence or a location that is not within 25 miles of 30518, there will be a $1 per mile roundtrip fee to and from your location . NOTE: If desired location has stairs, there must be a working elevator if it is more than one flight of stairs.
Photo & Video Release
Please note, all our event settings will be photographed and shared on our social media pages for promotional value. If your event is a surprise, we will refrain from sharing your event set up on our pages until after your event has happened.
By booking with us, you agree to photos/video footage of you and your party to be taken by Kemistry Picnics and used for promotional value. We promise to make sure the light and angles are right!

Please note, any damages to our property that occur throughout the length of your reservation are subject to a damage fee. This fee will be calculated based on the items damaged.
Please note, absolutely no smoking and no hookahs will be allowed in or near any of our items, equipment, or setups. Please refrain from lighting candles during your event as this is a fire hazard. They are battery-operated, you may use remote to adjust lighting during nighttime picnic experiences. The use of Hookahs is completely prohibited at any of our picnic or tablescape set ups. If you are caught using hookah at our setups, you will receive a $150 fee applied to your card without notice.
You are responsible for always staying with your picnic. If you need to leave for any reason before the arranged end time of your event, please contact us immediately and we will promptly arrive to clean up and pack up.
By booking with us, you agree to pay for all damages to our products caused by any negligent, reckless, or willful actions by you or your group.
Please note, Kemistry Picnics (including its owners) cannot be held accountable or liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your event. By booking with us, you agree and recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the event/experience you are planning and you agree that you assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourself and your party and further release and discharge Kemistry Picnics for any injury, loss or damage arising out of you or your group's use of or presence at the event/experience whether caused by the fault of you, your group, Kemistry Picnics, or any other third parties.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and defend Kemistry Picnics against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from you or your group's use of our inventory, property, experience, consumption of food/drink, and/or event.
BY READING YOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS YOU ARE SIGNING A CONTRACT THAT CAN NOT BE BROKEN OR CHANGED. YOU ARE AGREEING TO ANY ADDITIONAL FEES / CHARGES THAT MAY OCCUR.
